On June 27, the News Conference on the 3rd Tourism Culture Industrial Development of Liupanshui and Cultural Tourism Project Promotion Seminar was held in Guiyang. It was informed that the conference will begin on July 30 in China Farming Historical and Cultural Expo Park (Liangdu Chinese Culture Center) in Zhongshan District of Liupanshui.

　　The conference on tourism culture industrial development on the theme “China Liangdu, Charming Zhongshan”, and the promotion seminar entitled “Enjoy the 19°C Summer in Liupanshui, Guizhou”, were sponsored by Liupanshui municipal Party committee and Liupanshui government, and hosted by Zhongshan District and the Municipal Ecotourism Committee, with support from members of the Municipal Ecotourism Development Committee. The Conference includes visiting to tourist projects, range of “third-front culture” related activities, China Liangdu Tourism Fair, “deep breath” health exercises, series of activities of beautiful villages, Shuicheng Flower Show, 2016 China Liangdu 4th Bonsai Art Exhibition and Guizhou Bonsai Art Invitational Exhibition, China Liangdu Political Building Workshops, collaborative meetings of the CPPCC of 16 counties along the Beipanjiang in Guizhou and Yunnan, united front night, China Folklore Festival, Zhongshan Story (stage play), International Skiing Industry Summit, and other activities.
　　Li Li said that the Conference is an important measure to thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the central government and local authorities, and a great step forward to promote transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in the “new normal” of China’s economy, to demonstrate the advantages of tourism resources and development results of Liupanshui. Since its first commencement in 2014, the past two sessions have made the Conference an important platform for promoting the integrated development of tourism and relevant industries, and an enabler for successful social and economic development in the entire city.
　　Representatives from Zhongshan District introduced cultural and tourism industrial projects such as the Meihua Mountain Tourist Attraction, Shuicheng River Cultural and Shopping Center, and Shuicheng Ancient Town to enterprises attending the conference.
　　A total of 47 news media and over 70 enterprises attended the press conference.
